To prepare 1000 gram of grill:
- Add 3tablespoon of the marinade to 3tablespoon of water and 4tablespoons of oil in a bowl and stir the mixture well
- Add the mixture to the beef or chicken and mix well
- Refrigerate the beef / chicken for at least 30 min
- Grill the beef/ chicken, if desired you could add extra marinade
